Fareshare South West is a Bristol based charity organisation that offers local business’ the chance to bond as a corporate team and develop staff skills whilst putting something back into the local community.
Team volunteer days are a chance for staff to bond, to boost productivity and to enthuse in their work by giving a sense of well-being, not only by helping the most vulnerable members of our society get a decent meal and by helping to reduce good quality food going to waste, but also by being challenged as a team.
Bringing a team together for a well-planned team volunteer day not only improves internal relations but can also provide employees with reassurance and dedication for the future.

We will work closely with you and your teams in the planning of your days. Some companies want to come and work alongside our existing volunteers to be involved with our day to day running, others want to bring a couple of teams to experience our operations for half a day and for the other half to be given a strategic or logistical challenge – think of ‘The Apprentice’!. Whatever you decide, FareShare South West’s operations require planning, attention to detail and strong communication. We have a fantastic volunteer team who you will work alongside in a fun, team spirited warehouse.
