This Christmas, Wake The Tiger, the world’s first Amazement Park®, is aiming to help deliver 80,000 meals to people in need across the south west through The Last Sprouts: a joyful and meaningful festive experience that blends magic with mission.

While they’re rescuing The Last Sprouts from a frozen crate, at FareShare South West we’re rescuing them from the farm gate, along with tonnes of other seasonal produce and other surplus food.

It’ll all be shared with charities, schools and community hubs across the south west, bringing some much-needed joy to local families. We can only do it with your support. Thank you.

Fareshare South West getting festive: a person wearing high-vis and a santa hat moves a crate of food.

You know, Christmas is always a hard time for people who are vulnerable, short of cash. So to take that kind of weight off them, it was just amazing. We had people in floods of tears, just grateful that they’re receiving this food and this support.

Food companies are legally obliged to use food to feed people before sending to anaerobic digestion or for animal feed. We help them do that.
